• Custom Pricing Plan: This plan includes all AI tools and features, a dedicated expert consultant, and end-to-end assistance. The pricing for this plan is custom and per project.

HelloScribe.ai uses Stripe to process payments and store payment methods securely. The service cost is $29 monthly. This includes 400,000 tokens (roughly 500,000 English words). Users can purchase additional tokens starting at just 5 dollars for 500,000 tokens. Users may add as many team members as they'd like for just $9 per month.

The billing page is divided into 3 sections: Plan Details, Instant-Top-Up, and Payment Method. The Plan Details section shows the current plan, available tokens, and the number of team licenses purchased. The Instant-Top-Up section allows users to purchase tokens instantly whenever they run low. The Payment Method section is where users add or update their payment method.

The billing period is the first date from the date on which the account was upgraded. Users will be billed the standard $29, and an additional $9 for each team member added. If a team member is removed from the account before the billing date is up, and another team member is added at the same time, the new addition will be billed pro-rata. This means the amount paid will be equivalent to the time left in the period. The normal rate will resume at the start of the next cycle.

Users can cancel their account at any time. They will still have access to their account until the billing period has ended. But they will have to buy additional tokens if they run out.
